Q: Are you open?

A: Yes, we are open 365 days a year since we are an 100% indoor attraction! We even stay open during extreme winter weather. However, the safety of our staff and guests are our #1 priority. It may be that certain play areas are delayed in opening to ensure our staff have enough time to safely arrive at work. Feel free to email us at Columbus@merlinentertainments.biz to confirm availability. 

 

Q: I will be late due to winter weather. Will I still be admitted? 

A: Yes! We'll get you inside the attraction as soon as possible. Simply let our staff know that you were delayed due to weather. 

 

Q: I won't be able to make it. Am I able to change my date of entry?

A: Yes! Please send us an email at Columbus@merlinentertainments.biz and include your Order Number and what date/time of entry you prefer. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
