Planning a visit

Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Center. We will host exclusive adult nights for our Adult Fans of LEGO without children one night a month!

  • Adult Nights are typically the last Thursday of each month from 7-9pm

All children age 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and supervised at all times.

For the most enjoyable experience, we encourage you to visit on a weekday afternoon or evening. We are busiest on weekends and during school breaks.

We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted inside LEGOLAND Discovery Center except in the case of allergies and for babies.
  • LEGOLAND Discovery Center encourages guests to enjoy coffee, fresh sandwiches and snacks at our Café.

Yes, we are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users.

 

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center who are trained in first aid.

We are stroller friendly and have family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.

LEGOLAND Columbus is scheduled to open in Autumn of 2018.  Please check back close to that time! 

Tickets

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be inside LEGOLAND Discovery Center at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door will be required to make a reservation for an entry time.

Advanced Purchase - Best Value and Guaranteed Entry

  • Upon your arrival to the Center, you will enter the "I Have Tickets" line at the start of your reservation.
  • Please note during peak periods such as holidays, Spring break and Summer there may be a small wait upon entering the reservation line.

Walk-Up Purchase

  • If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be required to reserve the next available time slot. You will enter the 'I Have Tickets' line at the start of your reserved entry time. The only way to guarantee your entry is to reserve your tickets online.
  • Please note, during peak times, we may sell out of walk-up tickets. The only way to guarantee your entry is to purchase your tickets on advance online.

Once inside, you may stay as long as you like.

We ask you to pick an entry time to manage the number of people in the Discovery Center. This helps us reduce lines and make sure the experience is enjoyable for everyone!

Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website or at LEGOLAND Discovery Center.

Unreserved tickets are tickets purchased or received from our third party partners. Guests with unreserved tickets may visit at any time during our operating hours and will be admitted at the next available timeslot.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. There are 15 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction.  This creates a better experience for all our guests! 

During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter the Center.  The first experience in the Center is a digital factory tour that approximately 15 minutes.  Guests may need to wait in line until the next show beings during their reservation time. 

We can still admit you up to two hours after your entry time and will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.

You may request to change your date up to 36 hours before your scheduled arrival date and time. To request a date change, please email us at Columbus@LEGOLANDDiscoveryCenter.com and include your order confirmation number. Please note that date changes are based on the availability of tickets when you'd like to come.

No, you do not need to print your tickets. We encourage you to select "Print@Home and Mobile Ticket" to receive digital tickets on your electronic device.

To redeem a valid coupon code or promotional code, click on the "Promotional Code" tab of our online ticketing window and enter in the code. Then, you can continue purchasing your discounted tickets.

Note: In order to redeem your discounted tickets, you must bring the coupon with you and hand it in to the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Admissions Desk.
